    Arkeia Certifies Backup for Red Hat Enterprise Linux
    Carlsbad-based Arkeia has certified its backup software with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 for x86 platforms. Arkeia said that its software now supports Red Hat's latest Linux operating system, in addition to existing support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 2.1 and 3. The company has certified its software through Red Hat's certification program for interoperability. Arkeia is a provider of Linux-based backup software, and has extensive plug-ins to database packages.
