Roaming Messenger Upgrades Software

Santa Barbara-based Roaming Messenger said this week that it has released version 2.0 of its mobile application software. The company's software allows companies to develop applications based on mobile platforms, and is targeted at enterprise applications. The company's newest software adds the ability to retrieve GPS information for mobile devices; executive commands based on the GPS location of users; roaming across different types of devices; and security features.
