Santa Monica-based Neven Vision is rolling out its technology in the consumer space with a new deal with Coca Cola. The company's i-Scout object recognition technology, the company will power a marketing campaign in Germany called Shoot and Enter the CokeFridge. The campaign uses Neven Vision's mobile software to encourage German teenagers to take cell phone camera pictures of Coca-Cola products to win mobile content or prizes. Neven Vision is developing machine vision technology that can be deployed in mobile phones and other consumer devices. The company is backed by Anthem Ventures, NTEC, Third Wave Ventures, Zone Ventures, and Artisan Encipta.
