BakBone Upgrades MySQL Support Module

San Diego-based BakBone Software, a provider of backup software, has upgraded its plug in for MySQL users. BakBone said today that its updated backup application module for MySQL provides the ability for users to back up MySQL open source databases. The product allows table-level backup of MySQL databases, and is certified as part of MySQL's certified partner program. BakBone has been providing MySQL support since 2001, but the upgraded software provides more granular restores, and support for both full and incremental backups while a database is online.
