    MySpace Links Into Jobs

Los Angeles-based MySpace is moving into the job search market, saying Monday that it has launched MySpace Jobs, a new search engine for jobs. MySpace said that it is partnering with Simply Hired, a provider of a job search engine, for the feature. MySpace said that it will offer more than 5 million listings from the Simply Hired search engine on its web site, the latest deal that links the popular online networking site with other services. Fox Interactive Media, the parent company to MySpace, also said that it had recently invested in Simply Hired to bring job searches to Fox web sites, including MySpace. The Fox investment in Simply Hired was announced in April.
