Veoh Ties Into TNT

San Diego-based Veoh, an online video sharing and distribution site, has inked a deal with Turner Network Television. TNT and Veoh said today that they will team to promote the upcoming Nightmares & Dreamscapes: From the Stories of Steven King horror series. Veoh will create a channel dedicated to the series with interview with actors, directors, and behind-the-scene specials. The deal is the latest between an online video sharing site and Hollywood, and follows a deal earlier this week between online video sharing site Guba and Sony, and an earlier deal between Time Warner and BitTorrent. Veoh is backed by Torante Group, Michael Eisner's investment firm, Time Warner, Spark Capital, and Shelter Ventures.
