SiliconSystems Gets Investment From Samsung Ventures

Aliso Viejo-based SiliconSystems has received a Series C investment from Samsung Ventures, the company said this morning. Terms of the investment were not disclosed. SiliconSystems develops storage silicon for the enterprise market. SiliconSystems said that Samsun Electronics is SiliconSystems' primary supplier of storage components. SiliconSystems is backed by Miramar Venture Partners, Rustic Canyon Partners, and Shepherd Ventures. More information »
