Ticketmaster Buys Turkish Ticketing Firm
West Hollywood-based Ticketmaster, which is operated by Barry Diller's IAC/InterActiveCorp, said today that it is acquiring Biletix, a Turkish ticketing service. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ticketmaster said it would acquire the firm from founding partners the Koc Group and TAG Enterprises Limited. Biletix provides ticketing services to more than 400 venues and other clients in Turkey.
