Lantronix Names CFO

Irvine-based Lantronix said today that it has named a new Chief Financial Officer. Reagan Y. Sakai has joined the company as CFO, having most recently served as CFO for HyPerformix. Sakai has also served at VIEO, Crossroads Systems, Exabyte, and other firms. The firm said that current CFO Jim Kerrigan is retiring.
