Inlustra Technologies Adds Angels

Santa Barbara-based Inlustra Technologies, a company developing Gallium Nitride (GaN) semiconductor substrates, has raised a round of angel funding from the Tech Coast Angels, socalTECH has learned. Inlustra's founders are Ph.D. students from UC Santa Barbara, and previously won the top prize at UCSB's Technology Management Program business plan competition. More information »
