QinetiQ Acquires ITS Corporation

Virginia-based QinetiQ, a provider of IT services to the U.S. Government, said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Oxnard, California-based ITS Corporation, a technology provider for U.S. Government agencies. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. QinetiQ said that the acquisition of ITS will provide it with new customers and contract opportunities. ITS provides IT and engineering for the U.S. military, intelligence and homeland security agencies, and other agencies.
