Kyocera Wireless In Aviation Deal

San Diego-based Kyocera Wireless has scored a win with Dielectric Communications, a provider of systems used to remotely monitor, track, and report avaiation obstruction lighting for the aviation industry. Dielectric has incorporated Kyocera Wireless modules into its systems for connecting to CDMA wireless networks. Dielectric said that it will use the Kyocera module to monitor outages and other critical events, and transmit that information to its network operations center, so that the firm can dispatch maintenance personnel.
