RE FormsNet Buys REBT

Los Angeles-based RE FormsNet, a maker of electronic form software for the real estate industry, said today that it has acquired Real Estate Business Technologics LLC (REBT). REBT is a maker of real estate transacation management software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition of REBT grows RE FormsNet to nearly 60 employees between its Los Angeles headquarters and Detroit operations. RE FormsNet is a maker of ZipForm, which is used by real estate professionals to manage real estate contracts, and is a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors.
