Teledyne Acquires Tindall Technologies

Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies, a diversified provider of electronic components, instruments, aerospece components, and other products, said today that its subsidiary, Teledyne Cougar, Inc., has acquired Tindall Technologies. Tindall Technologies is a designer and supplier of microwave systems for the defense industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Tindall Technologies is based in Pleasanton, California, and had revenues of $2.7M for the year ending December 2006.
