LiveOffice Gets Investment From Summit Partners

Torrance-based LiveOffice, a provider of managed email security and archiving services, said this week that it has received a minority investment from Summit Partners. Terms of the financing were not disclosed. Greg Goldfarb and Peter Chung of Summit Partners will both join the company's board of directors. LiveOffice provides email and instant message filtering, archiving, and compliance services to the corporate market. More information »
