LogicalApps Hires Trio Of VPs

Irvine-based LogicalApps said Wednesday that it has hired three new vice presidents at the firm. The company, which develops governance and compliance software for enterprise applications, said that it has appointed Michele Shannon as Vice President of Product Management; Max Hill as VP Sales Western Region, and Peter MacPherson as VP Sales Eastern Region. Shannon joins from Websense; Hill joins form Oracle; and MacPherson was most recently at SAP. LogicalApps is venture backed by Mission Ventures and Sequoia Capital.
