Coradiant Partners With Analytics Firm

Poway-based Coradiant, a provider of web application monitoring software, has inked a partnership with OpenConnect Systems, a Dallas-based developer of business analytics software. OpenConnect Systems said today that the combined software will allow customers to find specific process inefficiencies related to customer service issues. Coradiant is venture backed by DCM, Desjardins Venture Capital, GrandBanks Capital, and Miramar Venture Partners.
