International Rectifier Names CEO

El Segundo-based International Rectifier, a manufacturer of power management ICs, said Thursday that it has named Oleg Khaykin as President and CEO of the firm. Khaykin joins the firm from Amkor Technology, where he was Chief Operating Officer. Khaykin replaces Donald Dancer, who has been serving as acting CEO since August. According to International Rectifier, Dancer will continue to be involved with the company to support Khaykin in his new role. Khaykin has also previously served at Conexant Systems and Boston Consulting Group; he currently sits on the board of Zarlink Semiconductor.
