Day Software Gains OEM Customer At HP

Newport Beach-based Day Software, which develops content management and related software, said earlier this week that it has entered into an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Extream Software, which is a subsidiary of Hewlett Packard. According to Day, Extream will bundle its CRX Repository, Communiqué (CQ) Workflow, and CQ User Interface with a number of its products. Financial impact of the agreement was not disclosed. Day Software's tools are used for content and document management on web sites and for enterprise applications.
