IR Bolsters Board

El Segundo-based International Rectifier said Thursday that it has added Mary B. Cranston to its board of directors. Cranston is a Senior Partner and Chair Emeritus of law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Cranston also served on the boards of Visa Inc., Juniper Networks, and GrafTech International Ltd. Cranston was CEO of Pillsbury from 1998 until April of 2006. International Rectifier is a manufacturer of analog and mixed signal ICs and components. More information »
