Arrowhead Research Hires Three Execs

Pasadena-based Arrowhead Research, which focuses on nanotechnology technology and other research, said Thursday that it has hired three new executives to the firm. The company said that it has hired Thomas Haag, Ph.D. J.D. as its Chief Patent Officer; Mark Tilley, Ph.D. as VP of Advanced mAterials, and James Hamilton, M.D. as Vice President of Medical Technologies. Tilley joins from DSM N.V., most recently at DSM's Corporate Venturing investment unit; Haag was an attorney at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP and McDermott Will & Emery LLP; Hamilton was a co-founder at Nanovalent Pharmaceuticals and also served at an analyst at venture firm Reservoir Ventures.
