BioIQ Rolls Out Wellness Testing Enhancements

Santa Barbara-based BioIQ, a startup providing web-linked health testing services, said this week that it has rolled out a new product targeted at corporate wellness testing. According to the firm, it has rolled out a new generation of the firm's home health testing programs, aimed at helping companies screen their employees for chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Details on specific enhancements to the service were not given. BioIQ provides a web-based service combined with at-home test kids that help employees monitor and detect various health conditions. BioIQ is venture backed by Great Pacific Capital, the venture firm run by the former founders of Fastclick.
