Yardi Gains Customer

Santa Barbara-based Yardi Software, which develops software used for real estate management, including asset and property management, said today that it has gained a win with Physicians' Capital Investments. The firm said that Physicians Capital Investments will use its software for reporting and transperency to joint venture partners. Financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Physicians' Capital Investments, based in Texas, develops medical office buildings, with 14 projects under development.
