Shackleton Buys RTI Electronics

Los Angeles-based private equity group Shackleton Equity Partners has acquired Anaheim-based RTI Electronics, a manufacturer of passive electronic components owned by IntriCon Corporation. Intricon, which is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, did not disclose financial terms of the deal. RTI Electronics manufactures thermistors, film capacitor, and magnetic passive electronic components. IntriCon said it was advised by Sargent Advisors LLC in the deal.
