YouMail Raises $410K

Aliso Viejo-based YouMail, which develops personalized voicemail services, has raised another $410,000 in funding, according to a regulatory filing from the firm on Friday. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. According to the filing, the round include both equity and warrants. YouMail has previously raised funding from the Tech Coast Angels, VantagePoint Venture Partners, and others. YouMail is headed by Alex Quilici, and recently said it is now seeing around 1.5 million calls daily on its service. YouMail's voicemail services allow users to provide personal greetings to different callers, voice transcription, as well as other enhanced voicemail services. The firm currently offers its service both to telecom carriers as a replacement for their standard voicemail services, as well as individually to consumers. More information »
