SAIL Venture Partners Expands Team

Irvine-based SAIL Venture Partners, the clean technology venture capital firm headed by Walter Schindler, said today that it has added two members of its team. SAIL said it has added Christopher Brown as a Senior Associate in the firm's Orange County office, and Stefan Zylik as Controller out of its New York offices. Brown has previously worked at ChromaFix, Corning, and Stion. Zylik previously served at Controller for Sainta Capital, as well as DoveBid, The Brodia Group, and Media Guaranty. He also served at Deloitte and Touche. SAIL's investments include The Cleantech Group, Xtreme Power, Ice Energy, Enerpulse, Kokam Advanced Batteries, SNTech Motors, and WaterHealth.
