Music Reports Signs Omnifone

Woodland Hills-based Music Reports, a provider of music royalty tracking and reporting services, said today that it has linked with cloud music provider Omnifone. The comapny said it will manage mechanical licensing and royalty reporting for Omnifone's MusicStation Platform in the United States. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Omnifone provides cloud music services to consumer electronics, ISP, mobile, and automotive firms. Music Reports provides online tracking of music rights and royalties, and is backed by private equity firm ABRY Partners.
