Acelot Launches Chemical Search Tools

Santa Barbara-based Acelot, a startup developing technology originally developed at UC Santa Barbara, said Wednesday that it has released a new set of chemical search and discovery software targeted at the pharmaceutical industry. The company, which is headed by Professor Ambuj K. Singh of UCSB, said its technology is aimed at chemists and pharmacologists looking to mine information from their molecule databases.
