In a related announcement, CapLinked also said it has launched a new tool on the site, to help companies raise capital, called DealRocket, which will make companies' private deal rooms available to over 1,00 qualified, professional investors, including venture capitalists, angels, private equity firms, and hedge funds. The DealRocket feature had previously been available only to members of Microsoft's BizSpark program.
