CapLinked Launches Professional Accounts

Los Angeles-based CapLinked, the developer of software for helping companies to raise capital which is headed by Eric M. Jackson and Christopher Grey, said today they have launched a new PRO account level for the service. The new, subscription service offers up such enhancements as allowing users to message users outside their network, get real time notifications when people view their deal rooms, special reports and analytics on people interested in their profiles, as well as upgraded customer support. According to CapLinked, the PRO accounts start at $39 per month. Companies use CapLinked to help manage the fundraising process in angel, venture capital, and other fundraising efforts. The site offers up deal rooms to share documents and due diligence information, as well as ways to provide updates to investors, connect with other investors, and more. Jackson is known for being one of the very early employees at PayPal, before its acquisition; investors in CapLinked include Peter Thiel, Dave McClure, David Sacks, Joe Lonsdale, David Anderson, and Stephen Paternot.
