FundaGeek Looks To Help Researchers Find Crowdfunding
Are you a scientific researcher, looking to help fund one of your research projects using crowdfunding? FundaGeek, the crowdsourcing site led by Dan Gutierrez, has launched a new portal site it says is specifically aimed at helping those researchers use the crowdfunding craze to address their research areas. The firm said the new site includes tips and other resources for helping researchers get the most out of crowdfunding. FundaGeek launched last year focused on helping technology, scientific research, invention, and education projects gain crowdfunding for their efforts, where users and others contribute small amounts to help different projects become reality. Gutierrez is a serial entrepreneur, and the former founder of HostedDatabase.com (formerly eCriteria), an online hosted database firm.
