Row 44 Racks Up 350th Install Of In-Flight Wireless

Row 44, the provider of in-flight Wi-Fi and entertainment systems based in Westlake Village, reported Wednesday that it has surpassed 350 aircraft installations of its system. Row 44's systems used a satellite network to connect users in-flight with the Internet, and also include entertainment and video on demand and streaming services. In related news, the firm said it has increased its satellite capacity over North America, Southern Europe and North Africa, doubling the number of satellite transponders in its network.
