AutoGenomics Files For IPO

Vista-based AutoGenomics has filed for an IPO, saying that it is looking to raise up to $65M in a public offering on the NASDAQ Global Market. The maker of molecular diagnostics systems--used by reference laboratories, hospitals and specialty clinics--said it is looking to list as AGMX. The firm's IPO is being underwritten by Leerink Swann, Stephens Inc., Mizuho Securities, and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. AutoGenomics said it had net income of $459,000 on net revenues of $8.69M for the first six months of 2012.
