Postcard On The Run Powers PopChips Promotion

Postcard On The Run, the developer of a mobile app which lets users take photos and send them as real, physical postcards to their friends and family, is powering a new promotion from snack brand popchips. The two said Thursday that they will allow members of the military to mail customized postcards to anyone in the world, directly from their phone, via Postcard On The Run's mobile app. The two said they will be offering free, promotional codes for postcards at 460 Army and Air Force Exchange Services locations in the United States and abroad. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Postcard On The Run's service lets users take a photo or pick a photo from their mobile gallery, add some text, and then instantly send that as a real postcard to their contacts. The app runs on iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile. Postcard On The Run was founded by Josh Brooks, a former MySpace executive.
