Health Data Vision Lands $2.8M For Medical Records Software

Health Data Vision, a new startup based in Burbank, said this week that it has raised a Series A funding round, to go towards its software-as-a-service platform for medical records analysis. Size of the funding was not announced, however, a regulatory filing indicates the funding was worth $2.8M. The round was led by GRP Partners and Redhills Ventures. According to Health Data Vision, the new funds will go toward scaling its operations, developing new software and services, and expanding its sales and partner channels.

Health Data Vision is developing a software-as-a-service platform, being used to help analyze medical records, maximize Medicare reimbursements, help with medical coding, and other administration. The firm is led by Michael Klotz. The firm says its customers are health plans and providers all across the United States.
