Cooking.com Sold To Target Corp.

Marina Del Rey-based Cooking.com, the online retailer of cookware, kitchen products, and more, has been acquired by Target, Target announced Thursday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Cooking.com has been looking for a buyer since October of last year. In addition to its own website, Cooking.com operated online stores for the Food Network, Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Pillsbury, and others.
