Molten Games Scores Funding From NCSOFT

San Diego-based online gaming startup Molten Games has raised a round of initial funding from NCSOFT, in a Series A round, the company said Wednesday. According to Molten Games, it received a multimillion dollar investment from NCSOFT, the Korean gaming company, to help form the company to develop online games. The startup, which is headed by and was founded by Jungwon Hahn, did not disclose the amount of funding. The company said its executives come from Blizzard, Sony Online and Relic Entertainment. Molten Games did not provide any other details on the types of online games it plans to develop. More information »
