Black Lotus Nabs $3.5M For DDoS Protection Service

Black Lotus, a provider of services for protecting businesses against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, said today that it has raised $3.5M in a funding round. The company--which operates its primary data center out of LA's One Wilshire colocation facility--said the funding came from Industry Capital. Black Lotus is based in San Francisco. As part of the funding, the company said it has added Industry Capital's Arman Khalili to its board. Black Lotus currently has two suites at One Wilshire. More information »
