deviantART Gets $10M From Autodesk

Los Angeles-based online social network for artists deviantART has raised $10M in a funding round from CAD software developer Autodesk, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. The site--which says it has 29 million registered members and 65 million unique visitors per month--offers up an online community where artists can upload and share their artwork with others. deviantART was founded by Scott Jarkoff, Matthew Stephens, Angelo Sotira, and was founded in August of 2000.
