Cubic Buys Intific

San Diego-based Cubic Corporation said this morning that it has acquired Intific, a developer of game software used in modeling, simulation, training, education, cyber-waefare, and neuroscience. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Cubic, Austin, Texas-based Intific had approximately $14M in revenues in 2013, and had 80 employees. Intific will become part of Cubic's Defense Systems unit.
