ServiceNow Buys Neebula Systems In $100M Deal

ServiceNow, the developer of enterprise IT automation software which has a large chunk of its operations in San Diego, said earlier this week that it has agreed to acquire Neebula Systems. Neebula Systems develops software for automating the discovery, mapping, and monitoring of IT services. ServiceNow is paying approximately $100M in cash for Neebula, which was based in Israel. ServiceNow is led by Frank Slootman. ServiceNow now lists its headquarters in Santa Clara, but was started and had its IPO in San Diego.
