Zingle Ties With Hotel Software Provider

San Diego-based business texting tools provider Zingle, which is led by Ford Blakely, said this morning that it has partnered up with Newmarket, a provider of software used by the hospitality industry. The two said they are integrating Zingle's guest texting service with Newmarket's HotSOS hotel service optimization product. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The two said the move will allow hotels to communicate directly with guests via text. HotSOS is apparently used by hotels to manage, automate, and track preventive maintenance, service orders, and guest requests.
