SpaceX Plans Expansion In Seattle

Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX has opened up a new office in Seattle, where it plans to hire "thousands", according to CEO Elon Musk today. Musk, speaking on Bloomberg, said the new office will help SpaceX develop satellites, part of his plan to eventually deliver reach Mars. Musk--who successfully launched another mission to the ISS on Saturday--has said he wants to establish a city on Mars.. SpaceX's Dragon is currently docked to the ISS, where the space station's crew opened the hatch at 3:32 a.m. EST this morning to begin unpacking experiments and supplies.
