Pledgeling Gets Win At Swagbucks

Los Angeles-based Pledgeling, the charity donation startup led by James Citron, has scored a win with fellow Los Angeles startup Swagbucks. According to the two, Swagbucks is using Pledgeling to manage its employee giving, as part of a program where Swagbucks gives each of its employees $50 to donate to the charity of their choice. The companies said that the funds are credited directly to an employee's Pledgeling wallet, to let the individual donate to multiple charities through Pledgeling's mobile application or website. Pledgeling recently raised $4.1M from Double M Partners and angels, including Vanna White and Chris Harrison.
