Kixer Acquired By Lakana

Los Angeles-based Kixer, an advertising technology developer focused on mobile advertising, has been acquired by LAKANA, a developer of content management software based in Minnesota. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Kixer was venture backed by Lowercase Capital, TenOneTen, as well as angels. The company was founded by Keith Bonnici, Omar Nicola, and Jake Moilanen.
