Compendia Acquired By Community Investors Inc.

Escondido-based software developer Compendia, a developer of web portal software for the home builders market, has been acquired by Community Investors, Inc., the two said today. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Compendia, which was founded in 1999, offers up web-based portals that home builders user to present information, warranties, manuals, and other information to home builders. The company's online portals are used by homebuilders to give buyers information on paint colors, community information, new homeowner orientation guides, and more.
