TeleSign Partners With Orange

Los Angeles-based Telesign, which provides mobile identification and fraud prevention tools, has signed an agreement with telecom giant Orange, to provide mobile identity and fraud prevention services. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Telesign said its technology and service will be used to increase security around online account creation and ongoing account access. TeleSign, which is led by Steve Jillings, offers up phone- and SMS-based, two-factor authentication of users, used by a large number of online services providers to reduce fraud and increase security by preventing unauthorized logins and access.
