Yardi Signs Up Real Estate Fund Management Firm

Santa Barbara-based real estate software management developer Yardi said this morning that it has signed up real estate professional services firm CliftonLarsonAllen as a customer. According to Yardi, CliftonLarsonAllen will provide its real estate fund administration services for its private equity real estate clients, using its software. Financial impact of the deal was not announced. CliftonLarsonAllen apparently is replacing a spreadsheet based system it has been using for investment accounting.
