Vyclone Shuts Down Collaborative Video App

Los Angeles-based Vyclone, which had developed a mobile app which let multiple users contribute videos from the same event into a single stream, has shut down. The company's website said that it will shut off its app as of July 22nd, and will be removing its app from the App Store and closing down it servers. Vyclone had hoped to inspire people to collaborate on capturing such life events as weddings and festivals, as well as expreme sports and music performances. Vyclone had been backed by A-Grade Investments, the investment firm led by Ashton Kutcher.
