TrendShift Buys Health Data Intelligence

Marina Del Rey-based TrendShift, a developer of population health management software for the healthcare industry, has acquired the assets of Health Data Intelligence. Health Data Intelligence was a developer of software-as-a-service, offering up healthcare analytics and population health management to employers, benefit advisors, medical managers and payers. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Health Data Intelligence (HDI) was based in Columbus, Ohio. TrendShift is led by Joseph A. Boystak, who serves as the company's co-chairman and CEO.
